Reshaping for the Future
With great thanks to God and our state government, it looks like as a community we are inching closer and closer to some semblance of a new post-COVID normality. This has given us great confidence to make some changes to the structure of our church program for Term 2.
Here’s the plan moving forward:
This week (28 March)
Let’s CELEBRATE! This is the last week of our offsite Kids and Youth programs at St Ives Park Public. Thanks to all the kids, youth and families who have come over the last six months. It has been an exercise of trust and courage—we want to give thanks to our leaders especially, so please do thank them this week!
Good Friday (2 April)
It’s time for Easter! We’re encouraging everyone to come to church together on Good Friday. There will be no kids and youth programs. Please make sure to book a spot for all people attending.
Easter Sunday (4 April)
Kids programs will operate at Cowan Rd on Easter Sunday. All children are welcome even if their parents do not get a ticket for church. To learn more, visit the kids page. Youth are encouraged to come to church with their parents as there will be no youth program. Youth will need to register online for a ticket to any service on Easter Sunday.

School Holidays (11 & 18 April)
There will be a Kids Holiday Program at Cowan Rd during the holidays—A combined creche + preschool and K–5 Kids Church. Kids who registered in Term 1 will be automatically allocated to their Term 1 time slot for the Holiday Program. New or visiting kids will need to register. All children are welcome even if their parents do not get a ticket for church. Youth will need to register to come to church with their parents as there will be no youth program. Visit the kids page for all the details.
Beyond (25 April onwards)
From Sunday 25 April, we will be heading back into our three Sunday morning services to expand our capacity for mission through diversity of opportunities to engage with God.
9.00am at Cowan Rd
9.00am at St Ives Park
10.30am at Cowan Rd
All are welcome! Invite all your friends and family to join us as we continue to build wholehearted disciples so we can transform the world for the glory of God.
There’s lots on but God is good so let’s pray for our leaders, each other and ourselves that we might be ready to continue serving Jesus in Term 2 at Christ Church.
