Beyond Blah: The Flourishing Life (Even In A Pandemic)

If you’ve been feeling somewhat ‘blah’ during COVID lockdown, you’re not alone. That feeling is called ‘languishing’.

We’ve all been impacted in different ways, but many of us feel like we’re just muddling through the days. We’re languishing rather than flourishing. With an extended lockdown, Rev Dr Keith Condie, co-director of the Mental Health and Pastoral Care Institute joined us on Monday 16 August 2021. Keith spoke about what the Bible says about the flourishing life (even in a pandemic) and provided some practical tips for wellbeing.
